I really appreciated the stay here. Katie was responsive and helpful to the questions I had even on the weekend and later in the afternoon. the stay was pleasant and very roomy for my needs. the amenities were great and I would struggle to find a complaint here. Thank you for having me and hope to stay here again!

Neighborhood was extremely safe and quiet. Neighbors were friendly, would say hello or wave when passing. It was peaceful to sit out on the front porch swing. AC worked well and all bedrooms have ceiling fans along with a tv on the wall. Shower is nice and big and the kitchen was really nice as well. Loved that it was one level so safe for kids. Parking was easy, we used the driveway and in front of the house with no issues. Home looks exactly like the pictures.

Beautiful historic home turned into Airbnb apartments! Parked right outside the house in the street, very easy to come and go. Katie was very proactive and super responsive. The unit was everything we needed and more!

Great location and great host. Walkable to all local attractions and nice quiet neighborhood. The apartment has lots of historical charm, with a well appointed modern kitchen, and both porches are great for relaxing. The host provides many thoughtful touches that really made us feel welcome. We would definitely come back.

We had such a wonderful stay at Katie’s beach house in Ocean Isle! The location is perfect — just a quick and easy walk to the beach, which made going back and forth with kids and all our gear so convenient. One of our favorite things was being able to lay in bed and see the ocean… it doesn’t get much better than that! Katie was an amazing host — super responsive and quick to answer any questions we had, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The home was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay this past weekend! The place was absolutely perfect super cute, clean, and exactly as described. It had everything my family and I needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. Katie was an amazing host very responsive, kind, and made sure we had a smooth and enjoyable stay from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well-kept place!

Absolutely loved this home. Will be my first choice rental even just for a weekend. Great host and very responsive. Loved every minute. Perfect for my infant to crawl around without worry of bumping into furniture. LOVEDDDD this property!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was exactly what our family needed to end our spring break a little bit of a getaway to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary. The house was very welcoming and the boathouse down at the water was just amazing! We spent the majority of our time down there. We will definitely come back! Next time we will be renting a boat the lake was beautiful and the house was very comfortable. Thank you so much.

Great location for walking and sightseeing. I walked down to the river area, around the beautiful neighborhood and up the other direction. I felt safe and comfortable. The area is a must for people who enjoy beautiful, historical homes. Katie's rental is very cool with high ceilings. She made us feel welcomed with drinks and other items in the refrigerator and freezer. K-cups were stocked, laundry pods and dryer sheets, even toothbrushes in case we forgot ours. The towels were plush and the beds were comfortable with nice sheets. The balcony off the kitchen overlooked the backyard and neighboring yards and it was lovely to sit out to enjoy the view and birds. Katie communicated quickly and well. It was a very nice stay.

Find any place in Danville that is "Hosted by Katie" and you'll be in perfect hands. I've booked several of her properties, and I'm always very happy with my stays. She is very responsive when needed and very helpful. Her properties are beautifully furnished and well located. You'll have everything you need, and you'll be conveniently located to all the main attractions in Danville: Averett, the Casino, the River District, the Casino (walking distance, actually), the River Walk, and the Schoolfield Restaurant. I would HIGHLY recommend this house and all of Katie's properties.
