Early Arrival/Late Departure - Check-in time is 4 p.m. If guests arrive early or do not make arrangements five days in advance (or prior to check-in if booking less than five days in advance), then a early check-in fee will apply. - Check-out time is 11 a.m. and cleaners start shortly after, if guests are not out by then (and did not make arrangements prior to check-in), then a late check-out fee will apply. Guests City ordinance prohibits parties at short-term rentals. We understand that you may have one or two people stop by for a brief time. To avoid conflict with the local law, we ask that you have no more than two unregistered guests, for one hour or less, per day. Pets Pets are limited to two dogs. Must be fully house broken and trained. $100 per week. Extra cleaning fees and maintenance/damages will be charged after check out if extra cleaning is needed or damages are incurred. Pets must never be left unattended unless securely crated. House Systems & Security Do not tamper with or do anything to potentially impact the functionality of the door locks, security system, smoke, carbon monoxide detectors, thermostat, etc. Tampering with these systems is grounds for immediately termination of the reservation without a refund.

I stayed a week here with my daughter and two baby granddaughters so that we could visit my new grandson in Raleigh. The home was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. There was a nice size enclosed backyard that backed up to a wooded area with a big deck. We saw deer in the early morning over our coffee and there was even a large hawk who paid us a little visit. The street was quiet and the property was private but with lots of friendly neighbors walking by during the day to use the trail at the end of the street. The trail is super convenient and a very pretty walk. The three bedrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, there was even a crib and toys for the girls. We will definitely stay again when returning to Raleigh. Raleigh has plenty to do with children, there is a Marbles children’s museum and a giant park, Dorothea Dix, as well as great spots for dinner and ice cream. Our favorite was the creamery where we also were able to see lots of cows.

I really suggest this place for families with young kids. She had a crib and a Nintendo that my 9-year-old absolutely loved, which brought back wonderful memories for my husband and me, reminding us of our own childhoods. We're definitely excited to come back and stay here again on our next visit. It truly felt like a home away from home.
