Early Arrival/Late Departure - Check-in time is 4 p.m. If guests arrive early or do not make arrangements five days in advance (or prior to check-in if booking less than five days in advance), then a early check-in fee will apply. - Check-out time is 11 a.m. and cleaners start shortly after, if guests are not out by then (and did not make arrangements prior to check-in), then a late check-out fee will apply. Guests City ordinance prohibits parties at short-term rentals. We understand that you may have one or two people stop by for a brief time. To avoid conflict with the local law, we ask that you have no more than two unregistered guests, for one hour or less, per day. Pets Pets are limited to two dogs. Must be fully house broken and trained. $100 per week. Extra cleaning fees and maintenance/damages will be charged after check out if extra cleaning is needed or damages are incurred. Pets must never be left unattended unless securely crated. House Systems & Security Do not tamper with or do anything to potentially impact the functionality of the door locks, security system, smoke, carbon monoxide detectors, thermostat, etc. Tampering with these systems is grounds for immediately termination of the reservation without a refund. Host maintains the right to enter the property during rentals for maintenance or upon reasonable belief of a safety issue or violation of rules. Additional Rules - No smoking or vaping on the property. - No weapons of any kind, including concealed carry with a permit. - Report damages immediately. - Leave really muddy & dirty shoes & bikes outside. - Close all windows and doors each time you leave. - Check for your valuables & chargers at check-out, and please leave all household items that you may have borrowed. Fees If there is any evidence/indication of smoking a $300 smoking cleaning fee will apply. Violation of rules is the actual cost of repair, or one night's stay, whichever is more, unless otherwise noted.

Guests have access to the full single family home with fenced in yard. A gracious deck overlooks a yard with woods and trails beyond! Pool and restaurants are located within the neighborhood. There is a dedicated workspace in the second bedroom, and the kitchen has all you need for meals at home.
